This support can be especially helpful if you are struggling with emotional eating, low confidence, body image concerns, motivation, anxiety, or long-standing patterns that feel difficult to change. If you are using GLP-1 medication, psychotherapy can also help you adjust to the psychological and behavioural side of your weight-loss journey.

Elaine Garrigan

Health Psychologist
Elaine Garrigan has an MSc in Health Psychology through the University of Ulster and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. She has also professional certificates and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. She is accredited and a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and the PSI division of Health Psychology.
