Who We Are
Synergy BMI is a specialist digital health service supporting people on medically-led weight loss journeys, including those using injectable weight loss medications. We combine evidence-based nutrition coaching with structured psychological support to help patients achieve sustainable results, not just short-term weight loss.
Our approach focuses on practical, real-world support: helping you eat well with reduced appetite, manage challenges along the way, and build the habits and mindset needed for long-term success. All support is delivered by qualified, accredited professionals and designed to work alongside medical treatment.
We believe effective weight management is about more than calories or willpower. It’s about understanding behaviour, consistency, and long-term health.
