What Elaine Offers
Over the last 15 years Elaine has worked with clients in areas of disordered eating and binge eating, by providing a non- judgemental space to support and identify underlining causes of unhealthy food relationships. By combining therapeutic techniques such as CBT and Mindfulness we work at reducing anxiety and behaviour change in coping.
Elaine also works with clients who are prescribed weight loss medication particularly GLP -1’s (such as Ozempic, Mounjaro and Trulicity) and combined with therapeutic work, resulting in very successful change in longer term weight management, improved self-esteem and healthy eating.
