Anna is a Counselling Psychologist with specialist training in the psychology of eating and eating behaviours. She supports individuals who want to improve their relationship with food, navigate emotional eating, and address challenges related to body image and wellbeing.
Her work focuses on understanding the psychological, emotional, and behavioural factors that influence eating patterns, helping clients develop sustainable habits and a more balanced relationship with food and their bodies.
Anna takes a compassionate, trauma-informed and integrative approach, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and humanistic counselling.
She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodietetics, and additional specialist training in the psychology of eating and nutrition. Anna offers therapy in English and Polish, creating a supportive and non-judgemental space for clients from diverse backgrounds.
